What is safe sex? In our eyes that means no exchanges of bodily fluid. No kissing, no pussy licking, no cum swallowing, no bareback penetration. I cant believe that given that definition any of you are playing safe. Bit dull so we are definitely not practicing safe sex

It's impossible to swing and be entirely safe from every kind of infection (unless you're a voyeur, I suppose). It's a question of taking sensible precautions. Condoms are, imo, sensible, whereas bareback is plain nuts

The risks from oral are incredibly low, so low the GUM clinic dont promote dental damns. The risks from kissing even lower. Yes your sex might be safer than mine, but mine is damn good fun. And unlike you, i am aware of the real risk...do u even know what can or cant be caught from oral or kissing, your post suggests not?

life is a risk, condoms for penetration and regular tests and hep vaccinations are my way of limiting that risk.

Totally agree but whenever we have clinic check-ups they always try to persuade us to use condoms for oral, and we've been given fruity flavoured ones to encourage us. Oral sex comes with alot less risks than bareback sex ....Fact. You are a million times more likely to catch something through vaginal sex than you ever will be from oral. Hence safe sex!! You will never be totally safe and swinging comes with more risks but condoms are a big factor in keeping yourself free from catching something.

Jes talk about being picky.

It's called safe sex because it's safer sex.

But if you want to start being literal, why do we call it swinging. We should basically call it fucking around. As swinging is what you do on a swing and although you can fuck on a swing it's not the main way people meet on this site.

You can go all day with this if you really want to or you can just accept that to make like simple we catergorize stuff not every catergory is labelled perfectly or accurately but that's not the point. The point is to let most people with an IQ over 100 know what you're generally talking about.

For example we are soft swingers, this too has many variations but if you have to have as many catergories as there are veriations then there is little point having catergories.

The point is that there are few if any defintive cases of HIV...because lets face it HIV is the real point here transmitted by oral sex or kissing but plenty by unprotected penetrative sex. Condoms offer little if any protection against herpes or HPV-it's a calculated and informed risk we take in pursuing our hobby I suppose

Quite apart from the health issues though, we as a couple are fluid bonded which, to us, means that we don't exchange our more intimate bodily fluids with anyone other than ourselves-it's something for us that's an intimacy too far-we share a lot of things-we like to keep some things special for ourselves or very special playmates...kissing and bareback penetration are 2 of them
