Plus,how do you judge if your expectations have been met?

If you have agreed to meet then you are passed the first hurdle.

If you do then take it from there, if not then you have had a night out and got to meet some new people.

Exactly the same.

We usually start with normal small talk. If we want things to go further then we'll turn the conversation to sex and what we all like etc and depending on where we are just go for it or arrange to meet again.
