What lube recommendations can you give me? Suffering the drying up effects of menopause causing coitus interruptus. Very skint so the more economical the better.

Thnks all, my Sahara fanny salutes you!

I like ID Glide, it's not expensive, we bought a litre bottle for about £15. It lasts well so don't have to use loads.

Lovehoney have loads of different ones, their own waterbased ones are pretty good.

Some lubes contain parabens and glycerin which can cause issues, but for most people they are fine too. You also should consider the type of protection you are using as some lubes destroy this protection.

LH have ratings for the lubes too which might help

Liquid Silk is good.

Have a word with your gp, he or she might prescribe you something.

The best lube that has ever been

For those in the Saharan scene

Is not water, nor spit,

Nor dried camel shit

But good old fashioned sun screen....

Oooooh Latin love and poetry

In honour of the last post

And the interests of the OP

There's a lube that's seen by most

In your local supermarket you'll see

Avoid it like the plague I say

It dries out quick and smells like wee

The call it Durex Play

The lovehoney one I got (for cheapness) was far better than the durex one I'd previously bought. Stayed slippier for longer.

we have used pjur for women for years, we heard a lot about liquid silk so decided to get some,it irritated mildreds pussy and was not as slippery and did not last as long as pjur, so we are sticking with pjure for women, can be found on the bay site, not cheap £20 for 200ml but its good, be carefull when trying to pic things up if you get it on your hands

ps it is silicone based

The best lube I've ever found is Liquid Satin from Ann Summers,it never goes dry or tacky but, at £8 a tube it is certainly not the cheapest. Asda do an own brand lube, similar in texture to KY Jelly, about £2.50, I think.

Neither of these are flavoured,I think it is sugar in the flavoured lubes that causes tackiness.
