There will be plenty more people than me with experience of this. From what I can gather though its best to invite about 10 or 12 as a lot wont turn up. Decide where is best for you to host it. Yours or a hotel or club?

Try and find guys that have experience of gangbangs and have been verified for turning up lol.

We never have but I’d say a party/ club is probably easiest as guys are already there so you can walk around say to a few guys you like thinking of having but of fun upstairs later how you fancy it
