I'm the male half by the way." You have to be realistic that you'd be more attractive if you didn't have it. Your circumstances aren't all that different to ~30% of the male population, without enough discipline you can get rid of said belly. There are plenty of work outs that can be done at home. Run up and down a double flight of stairs 40 times and then tell me you needed a gym membership to get fit. | |||
