It's always interested me to find out what people's take is on the phrase 'Gym Fit' which is commonly used through fab, I get that it's mostly down to preference, but I do wonder what they mean? Someone who is athletic? Or someone who is muscular? Or neither of the above?

Random but something that as always interested me, let me know what your take on it is!

My take on it is, it can mean muscular or athletic, just rules out the larger softer bods lol

Seaford

I'd read it as athletic or muscular

I run regularly and go to the gym so pretty fit but by no means muscular or athletic looking so wouldn't use this term to describe myself.

I think it's more the TOWIE/Made in Chelsea type, abs, low body fat and not that much muscle actually.

They usually skip leg day as well

Ed has been referred to as ‘gym fit’ by a couple of people on here, he hasn’t set foot in a gym for about 25 years he would consider himself just slim and I would consider him average-athletic as he’s toned but not bulky... these body descriptors on here are definitely vague! Mrs x

That's what I assumed! Which definitely isn't me! I'd have to actually have some fit to start with.

Sounds very similar to me! No need for the gym I'll just stick with the 'skinny pack'

I'm a prime example of someone that isn't gym fit
