Select your first giver carefully. You want someone how will take their time working up to it and helping you get suitably relaxed. Foreplay certainly helps with this.

Personally I would douche well beforehand as this helps me feel comfortable.

All the points raised so far are great, in addition to lube and inserting a dildo prior to the actual meet I would consider the size of the guy you want for your 1st time, I would suggest the most important thing is to get taken for the 1st time and to be able to enjoy it so leave the 8-9-10” for later babes.
