Bareback option on search / Likes

I will confess I practice safe sex and don't intend to play bareback. But whether you like it or not there are plenty of people on here who do. So I was wondering if they should have the bareback option in the search and as a Like. Wondering what people think?

There are any number of things I guess people would like to be able to search on and filter out - thing is where do you stop? And the more options you provide, the more people will "amend" their profiles to suit them.
