"This actually does happen. It's not common but you do get women who are born genetically female but develop a penis. The same could happen where a man born genetically male could develop breasts (actual breasts not to be confused with moobs). It comes down to genetics and chromosomal structure. XX is typical female, XY typical male. If there is extra of either then "problems" occur. Sorry I'm a bit of a medical geek." This is what happened to me | |||
