" I started at the gym because I was 11 stone at 20 and felt like a bag of bones with bad skin and insecure Went to the gym first 2 years didn't know what I was doing Now I'm 15 stone happier understand how my body works and have learnt that you can't expect anybody too love you unless your happy in yourself first so many factors that come in to it | |||
