Decency to say no thank you !

I know single males don't do themselves any favours on here by their behaviour and actions and no shows when meets arranged after lots of messages , But couples seem to be getting worse at it than us single males

If you don't want to meet them simple no thank you

We are not all the same there are decent single males out there please don't tarnish us all with same brush

Had recent spell of making effort to arrangee meets but let down with no apology or contact just hidden profiles and blocks

If i was annoying and persistant fair enough but please if you don't want to meet polite no thank you will do!! I'm big enough to take rejection

What's your thoughts fabbers??

If this is meets that are arranged and then don't go ahead without notification from the people concerned then simply block and report the profile to admin.

Be aware though there are a lot of fantasists (mostly single males I'm sad to say) who will set up a "couples" profile and go through the motions for kicks and then for obvious reasons pull the kind of stunt you're talking about - which is why reporting the profile is key.

If you were at a point if arranging /had arranged a date then were let down or stood up I would go back and look at your process.

Are you sure it's a couple

Have you seen them on cam/photo

Have you chatted on the phone

As annoying as it is all you can control is your side and improve what you do going forward

We all get the same brush but end of the day it's up to them to reply if they don't it's their loss or their gain depending how you look at it. Saying that I would prefer no thank you

Fully aware of FAQ I'm one of the decent males who respect couples and polite no thank you

It's just disapointing things arrange / effort made and following reactions

I am also aware of fake profiles

To say no thanks means reading a message, checking a profile, having a think maybe and deciding its a no and then send a reply. Let's say all of the 300 messages received were a no thanks and each incoming message took just 5 minutes to respond to that's 1500 minutes work a day....that's 25 hours.

Agree totally if it's lack of response to initial messages that OP is referring to - but in this instance it's where he's arranged a meet and then things go quiet or they're no shows - at least that's the way I read it.

In that case I think everyone should have the decency to say I can't make it, for whatever reason with as much notice as possible.

we always reply to all messages.

we have not yet but if we had a meet arranged then later find we couldn't make it we would contact the other person as soon as we know we couldn't make it,

unfortunately we have a cple of guys let us down without notice

As a single guy I always reply but do understand that some couples get so much mail every day that they can't reply.Easy to say no thanks if you get one or two but a couple I know get 20-30 a day.

Initial thoughts are they sound like fantasists.

Second thoughts they were hedging their bets and then opted for their perceived best option and rudely did not inform you that it was off.

Third thought is that this is only one side and one couple so they are not representative of all couples and we don't know the full story.

Maybe its best if yoy delete the message after you have sent it and if you get a reply back bonus! Don't think I'd fancy a inbox full of no thank you messages. X
