How do you know if someone is intrested just walk up and knock the window lol never been and just wanted to know the rules so to speak

It varies on the location/people a little bit. I'd recommend taking a walk, and people will likely make a gesture if they're interested: it helps to smile, and seem friendly, and it's also worth chatting with some of the other people there. You'll likely get to pick up on some tips, from watching them, speaking with them too. If you go with a partner, then you can invite others to you, though guessing that you're asking as a single visitor. Good luck!!!
