If someone says they are very discreet or discretion is important is that a code for being attached?

No I don't believe so. I think it's just saying that what happens will remain between the people who it's happening to and that they won't be k obvs and bombard you with texts flowers etc. Or ask your neighbours 'heya am here for the fuck marathon next door

I never really understand this, surely the vast majority of people on here want discretion anyway, sort of goes without saying? Some profiles mention the need for discretion multiple times, I always think they're up to no good

People want discretion for all sorts of reasons. They have friends / family that would not approve or a job or just that they really don't want anything more than sex so want to keep it less personal and low key

Discretion is bout your behaviour, not your status.

I think it conveys that they understand the unwritten rules regarding everything from not mentioning someone they recognise to not booty calling pissed
