Who's been to 'Amsterdam'

I'm going to to Amsterdam for a long weekend. I've never been there before and in all probability, I'll make things up as I go along.

But if anyone has got any top-tips, places to visit etc. I'll be grateful to hear them.

Don't visit any ladies in the red light district but try out the banana club and a brownie.

There is also an amazing art deco spa round the corner from Anne Franks house which is amaizng and full nude. Named saunadeco.nl

Sugar factor (club live music) on Sunday is good too.

Lots of small BDSM fetish clubs within the canal ring too. Try looking on fetlife or events website.

I wasn't impressed with it, very busy and proper stunk if I know it's legal over there but proper stunk of it and as a non user I couldn't wait to leave

But it was nice and clean and watch out for cyclists bloody everywhere and they have right of way

Been 3 times.

Adam tower. Amazing. It's a viewing tower but has a superfast lift. There's a light show which goes om whilst you hit top.

Banksy's museum in museum qrtr along with the Van Gogh museum.

Take a 2 euro peep show guaranteed to make you laugh but don't touch the sides. Snail trails.

Anne Frank does need booking in advance and it's likely it's booked up.

River cruise, fits in so much in a short time. Can get off at hard rock coffee n hop back on.

Found a bikers bar, cannot remember name but very cheap beer.

Red light district obviously. It can get busy.

If you go the red light are NEVER walk around on your own at night.

NEVER buy any drugs on the street. At best you will get ripped off and worst you will get poisoned.
