I've googled but mostly abroad.

Paradise in Blackpool is a hotel that has play rooms. Plus a lot of clubs have rooms available to rent if that is of any use to you?

Was thinking more of a boutique style hotel and not really a club tbh

Paradise in Blackpool is a Hotel exclusively for swingers that offers bed and breakfast. It does hold parties hence the playrooms
