So stalkers do you attract them like flies to shit because i do ..........there must be a stalker pheromone that they can't resist and i bloody well have it .......in 18 months I've attracted 7 i'm now thinking 8 as I think I have a new one ....arhhhhhhhh

I always found the word stalker and its use intersting.

Man who stops me on the street and gives me flowers, telling me he's seen me before, is charming, handsome, good looking and totally my type = very romantic.

Man who does the same and is a bit nervous and geeky = Stalker.

I have in the past had my fair share of unwanted attention.

We've have someone who keeps looking at us, at least a couple of times a week.

I've written to them but they haven't responded.

I'm wondering if they know us, or may be they think they know us?

They could even be a forum lurker but I like the idea of them being a secret admirer

I am always interested in how people define what a 'stalker' is.

However a friend of mine had one, who was sentenced to prison twice for his 'stalking' offences. The person being stalked was the new husband, and the stalker was the ex-husband who had decided that if he couldn't have her, then no-one else could.

The stalking went on for a period of 7 years, and only stopped when the stalker died. On a search of his flat, the Police recovered a gun ...........

All joking aside I have been stalked buts its just hate mail in the end ......I have seven such stalkers right now ......to all single or married people block straight away change email add if possible stalkers are very dangeress people who can and do kill there object of desire ......found this online it may help to spot people who can become stalkers ..

1. After initial contact, the stalker develops feelings like infatuation, and therefore places the love object on a pedestal. 2. The stalker then begins to approach the object. It might take a while, but once contact is made, the stalker's behavior sets him up for rejection. 3. Rejection triggers the delusion through which the stalker projects his own feelings onto the object: She loves me, too. 4. The stalker also develops intense anger to mask his shame, which fuels the obsessive pursuit of the object. He now wants to control through harassment or injury. 5. The stalker must restore his narcissistic fantasy. 6. Violence is most likely to occur when the love object is devalued, as through an imagined betrayal.

I'm very new to this site no stalkers on here yet.......but I have 7 stalkers from 2 other sites ...verify yes that would be nice but if the truth be told i'm just playing in the forums at the minute not seen anyone I would consider meeting yet ...i'm a very slow burner and would only meet or play with people who's character I clicked with hence playing in the forum

Isn't this a bit of an issue with having single people as swingers site (said the single bloke, doh!). What I mean to say is that all the couples are obviously (ok generalisation coming hold onto your panties) happy and comfortable with their libertine lifestyle.

But the singles dont have a partner (why am I shooting myself in the foot!!??) and therefore are probably "looking" for something, even if they are too shy to admit it. When they meet someone that "likes" them (or has sex with them), they may throw themselves overboard, become obsessed and ta da, stalker time.

I think you have to be a bit careful about meeting singles....personally, more so than couples...strangely, because the possibility of ending up with someone that "likes" you more than you want is higher.

That is the issue though isnt it, I am not looking for another "wife", but I think some people are looking for life partners and well at the moment thats not my scene.

Not that I blame people for doing that or judge them, hell if I was looking for a new "life" partner, a swinging site would be a good place to start because that is an interest of mine and we would share a mutual interest. No good going on a proper dating site and saying "I like keeping tropical fish, my favourite colour is beige and I once met Les Dennis"

If they are interesting with others and spreading falsehoods then blocking them will do little.

Block + report to admin is about all. If a stalker finds you real life, then the police may help. Someone I knew on twitter went to this extent when an obsessed follower turned up outside her home.

Had a FB who then developed feelings and told me had fallen in love with me, then started contacting all my previous meets and abusing them on here telling them I was hers and they weren't to contact me etc. Was she a stalker? not sure but was more of a pain as she was someone i cared for but didnt love, so had broken her heart by calling it off and hurt her so can see her side!! I left for a few months before coming back then blocked her.

Also had met a couple off another site played a few times, who's wife then met me alone & told me her husband knew, but she soon revealed he didnt and they were having problems and started to call me all hours to meet her!!

So it can happen on here to get "stalkers", thats why im now very wary of bringing singles and couples back to mine so dont get the knock on the door at 3am from someone crying on my doorstep again!!

the recurring theme for me seems to be younger lads 'falling' for me and wanting more from me than i am able (or prepared) to give.

i must have had 5 or 6 over the last few years - one of them who contacted my other half, my fb & my ex : not only slagging me off, but also them (despite the fact he had never met them)

i don't know why it happens as i don't feed people any lines and always make people aware of my situation before a meet (just to make sure they haven't sk_pped that bit on my profile).

so my 'loose' rule now is 25 and over as i have just found people over that age to be a little less 'needy'

Depends on your defintition of a "stalker" but to get 8??? Nah! Total ego from errr... No Ego!

(Just a thought.. It may just be the detective agency your wife has employed to find out what you are up to, using a few different people? )
