What kind of message do you reply to and what do you avoid?

Title says it all, I'm just looking for ways to improve my messages really.

Clearly individual to me, has some thought put into it, pref a bit funny/witty, asks something I can respond to and properly spelt with some punctuation in it. I answer those EVERY TIME.

I will answer most messages over two sentences, but my filters are tight and my profile is offputting so I don't get overwhelmed with messages. Below three sentences or just asking me how I am? Instant delete.

I just try and think of something to say that involves the persons/couples profile as a way of showing I did read it, as well as trying to find some common ground/shared interests...compliments on any sexy pictures may be cheesy, but if they are true, why not, but never overly sexual or smutty, be polite and friendly and try to include a question as a way of hopefully striking a conversation up. But I'm pretty crap at all this lark, so just go with what you think is best OP.

Sometimes I'll look at a guys profile to see how far away they are, look at their pics etc before reading the message. If they're fairly close and I find them attractive I'll reply regardless of the type of message

We reply to almost all the messages we receive. There are one or two we leave unanswered, the clue to which ones those are can be found in our relatively brief profile.

Somebody who can string a well rounded message and has read my profile.

"Want my wife in 10 minutes" or "Suck my dick" doesn't reflect what my write up says.

Well for someone who has been on Fab for about 18months now, i still very rarely get messages. So when i do, even if its from guys, TVs, or profiles that im nit attracted to, i always message back.

I guess its different from those who receive 50 plus messages a day

I try to reply to all and block if they keep coming back with messages trying to convince me otherwise. I don't understand why people do this as if I have to be begged / bullied to chat with you there is no chance I will meet you so you are wasting your own time !

Avoid things like fancy a fuck/wanna fuck. It puts women off straight away. Use punctuation, full sentences and be polite...

Put a little effort in as well, not just one or two words... we like a little effort and not a copy and paste message...

Some send the same after a few days and being site supporter tells you when they last messaged

We reply to most messages, but politeness a little fun and a little about the person goes a long way,

However , hi babes, HRU text speak is a no reply , I have a huge cock waiting etc etc on initial message means we can't be bothered to reply as you can't be bothered to initiate a decent contact and read our profile.
