According to the latest World Health Organisation guidelines, "Well Hung" is defined as:

a) Penis length exceeding 9" (23cm).

OR

b) Penis circumference exceeding 7" (18cm) AND a length exceeding 6" (15cm)

I've always felt I'm above average not huge but nice and thick and enough length for most to get deep, there are some big ones on here though :-0 and most meets seem to request VWE.
