South Wales

Depends on where you're from, the accent varies hugely. Someone from the valleys is world's away from someone in say Newport x

That would be a Cardiff accent that you're after then, I'm form North Wales, completely different again, fluent welsh speaker but when I speak English some think I'm from Liverpool?

Horsham

I used to holiday in north Wales around Conwy drowning up, I love the accents from round that and the typical Welsh valleys accents.

Originally from Llanelli near Swansea with a very strong South Wales accent. Even crossing the bridge to Swansea, the accent differs quite a lot

I get this all the time with living pretty much right on the border. I call it Scwelsh (scousey-Welsh)

Deeside has overturns of scouse, which to a certain extent also applies to the Wrexham accent. Or on the other hand does scouse have overturns of WELSH.

The North West Wales (Gwynnedd) accent especially the men is a little high pitched....like being grabbed by the balls. Also tendacency to answer questions with a "yes no"

There are. I will say though that I have almost the stereotypical Welsh accent that people always use.

"This is like when Americans say 'I love the British accent' "

More than likely an American would refer to our accent as english...

"Gee I love your english accent" to which us Welsh would reply "Gee its almost as nice as your Mexican accent maam"
