The key is patience, patience, patience. And a ton of lube. Seriously, unless you actually need a lifejacket there's no such thing as too much. Start slow and keep going slow until she's able to take the whole hand (assuming she's ever able to, she may well not be).

And in spite of the name, don't actually make a fist inside her. Keep your four fingers extended with your thumb tucked underneath in a kind of duckbill shape.

it's a lot of trust- workst best for me if I can take over and tell you what to do or push myself as much as I want to rather than you pushing. fingers bent up- its actually really nice if you use only 4 fingers w the thumb outside on the clit.. at least that's what my friend tells me
