Absolutely love ladies who lift, I don't mean just the fitness models of this world, but real women who love pumping some iron. Who's with me on this?

I train with some immensely strong women from time to time. They're a great laugh and also incredibly impressive.

Very small little lady hit 130kg squat for 3 reps at a bodyweight of 55kg a few weeks ago.

I'm genuinely interested, I like seeing people succeed and do well in the gym.

I am. I don't know why. I'm quite strong myself but not interested in weights in the slightest. Nor people who do it.. fucking boring being in a gym. And it's too much like hard work.

Not huge powerlifters. Impressive though you are.. I imagine someone my height or shorter and of a lighter frame. More Aesthetic Body building than pulling a Boeing.

Their dedication is full on and that's impressive. Plus I've not had sex with a hard body before. I wonder what it feels like?

I did my first powerlifting comp a few weeks ago and got my numbers down:

55kg bench

132.5kg deads

Working on a nice 12 week plan at the min to up those numbers.

Love lifting.
