I've had alot of problems with my hands this year. Still undergoing tests to find out what the problem is. Very painful at times,so much so,I couldn't open the fridge door with both hands. Touch wood,I've been pain free for a couple of months now.

I've started to get arthritis in my hands, mainly on cold days and my hands tend to cramp up relatively quickly.

Main thing for me is to ensure I'm warm, have ibuprofen on standby and remember that arthritis cream and fannies usually don't mix, especially the ones with capsaicin in

I'm an epileptic who swings, reassuring people that I won't have an "episode" is always a problem. It tends to put most people off

I suppose that is mostly down to fear of what they would do if you did have an episode
