It might be me but fake is fake. Like if I had a tummy tuck say, I wouldn't say actually it is all me, natural. My boobs are natural, nice size. Maybe if I am critical I say one was a shade larger. But I am not tempted even when gravity will take over lol. I know that isn't your point
