Never used one myself. It's a bit extreme but surgery is really good nowadays but only helps girth

Ive looked up loads. I tgink its mainly to help with erection dysfunction. Like anything tho its says, using often could increase size. However use too much and cause damage. If i were gonna buy one. I'd buy the water one. That seems to be a descent one! Forgot the name. Used in the bath or shower

i bought one off ebay for a chuckle

popped it on n pumped away.... was kinda amazed that it made my cock hard wihout being turned on...
