How to get a FB?

Hello to everyone reading,

First off, thank you for reading...

I've been reading on a lot of females profiles that they're looking for an extra female to accompany her FB for something. And the question I now have is... HOW DO I GET ONE!

It's been a while since I've had any sort of action... I'd quite like some pointers on how to get a regular meet/FB? Or any girls who want to be mine

Please, any help would help!
