My short experiment worked!

For months I had not selected the type of people I was after, thereby, avoided being included in search results and limited the number of unsolicited messages etc. to an acceptable level.

Soon after I allowed myself to be included in search results by indicating I am looking to meet gents recently, I had an dramatic increase in the number of peeps who looked at me, as well as messages, winks and friends invites, all from peeps who do not interest me for one way or another.

I shall revert back to how it was, and be content with just a couple of messages a day!

good idea.. not that i get a tremendous amount of messages its enough for me. I dont want a friends list full of people i dont know.

My messages dropped dramatically when i reset my filters. Although i still get a few idiots although less messages the quality is much better

The majority of those I played with in the past year tends to be via the forums or via meeting at Chams.

Hardly rocket science Pearl as I too was looking for a specific type and set my filters accordingly.

Easy to do...unless you like receiving hundreds of messages a day!

That is NOT what I meant.

I did not select a type at all, hence I cannot be searched.

That's the difference.

I find my playmates through amore selective process as well Pearl. I might take a little longer to find them online, but the resultant meets are more successful.
