It's a sleeve thingy that you attach to the top of the wand, then slide it over your appendage. The vibrations combined with an up and down movement are apparently 'mind blowing' as described by Mr Chatty

I ordered it direct from the Lovehoney site. They were on sale at £25, but there was also an extra 20% reduction at checkout. P&P was £3.50 for 48 hour delivery.

The original Hitachi is much more powerful and yes we have all three. However I think DG prefers her Lovehoney wand precisely as it is less powerful and the speed easier to control.
