Hi hope you don't mind a newbie posting

I was just curious about how some of you got into swinging. I would consider myself a fairly conventional sort of woman, married, then divorced, cba with a relationship so came here looking for nsa fun. I'm definitely a one on one, man/woman kinda girl! Can't see me being brave enough to bring someone else into the mix, I'm shy enough at the best of times. I would also consider myself fairly "normal" in terms of what I like, although I enjoy anal, dp, spanking, choking. So not boring (imo!) But I do think I'm somewhat tame and when I think of dogging or someone watching or gangbangs and cum everywhere I do think "No way!" so I guess my question is, how do know progress from your first sexual experiences (which for 99% would be one on one I suppose) to knowing you like things that aren't considered the norm and did anyone start of thinking there's no way they'd do anything like the stuff they have ended up doing? Is it something about getting older and more confident or meeting someone you feel you can push boundaries with?

i have found its a mixture of things. firstly yes i am older now and after a 20 year nilla relationship where he thought i was a perve for owning a vibrater, i was ready to break out, lol where, i then met men for some fun, which progressed to me opening up to one of them about my fantasty about a 3 some,, and he helped me make it come true, to meeting the FSM and feeling confident in breaking through those bounderies and trying new things with some one i trust .

I find that for every boundary I push another one comes along and I feel a need to go further each time.

I think also that with the right people you can become more open to things you might never have considered before.

A lot has to do with age I think,the older you get and the more comfortable you are the more you want to experiment

I still have not progressed beyond 1-1 gent-lady fun, and have yet to play in an open playroom, except in a jacuzzi.

And that is nearly 2y after joining FAB and going to clubs etc...

Certain sexual acts do not appeal to me, like gangbang, group sex etc...

However, I would like to explore BDSM one day with a willing playmate/partner that I can trust.

We all develop at different rates. We didn't start swinging until 3 yrs ago, and couldn't have done this even 10yrs ago.

I suppose you just need to recognise when the time is right to go that one step further.

I would completely agree with this, im by no means a pro swinger. For starters im only 24 and id hardly consider myself a true swinger in the sense that i dont have a partner who i swap with its just me meeting other people for hamky panky. I think with the right attitude and a bit of common sense you can explore your sexual side with the right people and you do suprise yourself sometimes. Ive done things a few years ago id never thought about doing and not only experienced them but loved them. Its all individual to the person but its just fun so treat it like fun and dont be too serious.

i think its different for everyone. We have been having 3 somes since i was 18,but i didnt feel confident enough about my body until a couple of years ago to go to a club.

Remember there is no "right " way to swing...just right for you.
