For me, 18 is too young. Not for the site, but for me personally.

I'd assume that we'd have very little in common or have much to talk about.

I/we have got a child, not far off your age and I just wouldn't feel comfortable, silly I know, but it's how I feel.

But, I wish you good luck with finding those who like the younger male.

Since I don't have any children at all I would go with yes.

Each to there own as much as some people like them younger...some young people like the older people I knew a 20 something guy who liked ladies over 60

As an 18 year old you think you are mature and know everything, I certainly did. However as a middle aged person I realise that I was far from mature and knew very little about sex, relationships, swinging and life in general.

I choose not to play with anyone much younger than myself. On the few occasions I have played with twenty-something's it hasn't been a great experience for me so I stick to older these days.

Don't let these replies discourage you too much though OP. There is a place for everyone on fab and there are some people who do meet younger guys, you just may find it a little harder to meet than someone older.

Yes I think most people do think 18 year olds are inexperienced and not mature. I would imagine that view come from how 18 year olds tend to behave (maybe their own children) and also from their own cringable memories of being that age. One thing I remember about being that age is that we all thought we were mature and knew it all, especially about sex. And I find todays generation of late teens are just the same.

Not all 18 year olds are inexperienced or not mature, I would think, but we have an 18year old grandson, so being with someone that age would make me feel uncomfortable, but good luck in your search.

18 isn't too young to swing, why would it be when a person can go to war and get killed at that age. You just have to fish in the right age group pool, members in their 20,s may be interested. Remember forum members are only a small part of Fab members. It would be too young for me though as I,m 53 xxx

It depends on the individual. Some 18 year olds are far too immature for many things let alone this kind of life style but some 18 year olds are more mature than some much older people I've met or known.

As for lack of experience how does anyone expect them to have experience if no one will give them a chance? I quite like the idea of taking an 18 year old under my wing to encourage and guide them.

Here's the thing at 18 you're supposed to be immature it goes with the territory. I think it's a bit sad when you come across a very mature younger person, I feel they've missed out on some of the fun that goes with the freedom from the responsibility that maturity brings. Too much experience isn't always a great thing at that age either.

So I would say op enjoy your youth, don't rush to be mature and experienced but savour everything you experience that gets you there. Some people will want to meet you, some won't, some will patronize as if they were never 18 themselves. One thing's certain you will definitely be der one day.

My initial reaction to someone your age would be a no for many of the reasons stated above, connecting on a level other than sex is required. I also remember thinking I knew everything and thinking I was a proper mature grown up at 18, now I look back and cringe.

However I have met some men close to age as you and I've got on with them far better than some people closer to my own age, I think if you are serious about this then you do need to get out to socials and clubs where possible so you can show your personality and let people get to know you.

I'm not surprised, I would turn you down for being too young for me too.

Every time I've played with guys in their 20's it hasn't been a great experience for various reasons, ranging from being over far too quickly to a guy finger blasting me so hard he made me bleed.

I know not all younger guys are like this but I've had enough bad experiences for it to put me off meeting them.

I understand what you are saying but I started swinging at 18. I would say I was very experienced and mature for my age. So you can't label everyone the same.

No it's a 18 plus site. We have been on here 8+ years. We used to have some horrible comments that were too young and we should find sex in night clubs etc. Why should we. ??? Wot difference is it to 18 or 38 ? All here for fun.

If it's not someone's preference then fine. Just a no Thankyou. Not a lecture your too young. Because my kid is. And..... like saying not shagging her same age as my cousin lol

Don't think age is just the forum preference. There are so many threads like this from very young guys who have been unable to get any meets. Nearly all the male profiles from this age group that I see remain unverified by meets. The impression I get is that Fab is not the best website for young guy's to get NSA sex. With regards to the OP, he predominantly just wants a FWB. I would imagine for an 18 year old that should be easier to find through other avenues - it certainly was quite easy when I was that age!

It look's like most men wouldn't have an issue with seeing an 18 year girl. I don't even refer to an 18 year old as being a man or woman just yet,that's one of the issues for me as well as feeling like someone's mother.

Definitely not too young to be on the site as I was 18 when we started this.

Personally wouldn't meet someone that age though. Not because I assume they are inexperienced or anything but just because it's not my thing. I prefer to meet folk older than me.

I know I was plenty experienced at 18.

It's all preference really. Some will meet you, some won't just keep trying

It's down too the older person to chat and see if the younger persons outlook is that of someone who is experienced and understands what swinging is about ?

I know that at 18 I wasn't sexually mature enough ( male ) but I knew plenty of girls who were ?
