Fit not fat

I saw on a profile a gorgeous lady stating I'm looking for fat people but fit people.

A lot of people are curvy or chubby or fat whatever you want to call it doesn't mean they aren't fit per se.

When people refer to those who are slimmer built as fit can be wrong someone of that build may have lots going on with them that would make them unfit.

Personally think that people should say that want athletic/slim build people

This is true, you could look at UFC fighter mark hunt as an example. But there's a strong correlation between fat and unfit.

Conversely some people may not care if some one can do 100 press ups or run the London Marathon as long as they look nice in a pair of skinny jeans.

Being cardiovascularly fit has nothing to do with ones weight. Cardiovascular fitness does bring with it health benefits. Equally carrying too much body fat is detrimental to ones health.

I'm 44, 6 foot and 12 stone, I'm pretty sure I'd have struggled to keep up with the likes of big daddy and giant haystacks when they were my age. So even with a 32" waist I wouldn't describe my build as athletic never mind fit.

Your post doesn't really make sense. Fat people can be Fit,hence why the profile you quoted said "fat but fit people" . Fit as In won't be out of breath within 10 minutes of fucking. You're using fit as a definition for what a person looks like

Your post doesn't really make sense. Fat people can be Fit,hence why the profile you quoted said "fat but fit people" . Fit as In won't be out of breath within 10 minutes of fucking. You're using fit as a definition for what a person looks like "

I'm considered obese but last year I completed a half Ironman. In August I was running a half marathon every Sunday as training runs. Last Sunday I did a 125 mile bike ride. Probably fairly safe to say I'm fat but fit.

Another fat but fittie here... been suffering complications from a reoccurring calf injury for over a year now, so can't run like I used to- but still fit in as many hours at the gym as I used to- just spend more time on strength than speed these days!

I always find it frustrating when people comment on an overweight person's health. People don't take into account that slim people can also be unhealthy when looking at factors like smoking, their diet, how much sleep they get.

Back home there's a huge hill that's really popular with walkers. It takes around an hour and is majorly steep in places. I used to see a morbidly obese guy walking up there every morning. He was amazing and I saw him overtake much slimmer walkers. He'd been in training to lose weight for weeks.

A sumo wrestler is one of the fittests athletes out there.

If you looked at a scan of a sumo you would see the fat and muscle are completely seperate as in they have a layer of fat around their muscle. Its when the fat gets into your muscle and your organs when you have a problem

was looking for a philosophy but found this:

Telling women we are all pretty is clearly not enough to battle to scourge of self image – telling women they can be ugly and it has no bearing on their worth is far more empowering than any niceties a lotion ad sells you. The way to truly defang the word 'ugly' when hurled at women is to take beauty for what it actually is at face value – not very valuable at all.

Look, I’m not foolish enough to think that the male gaze will ever go away (or even should), nor do I believe it will ever cease being a driving force behind what a lot of women themselves have come to view as empowering. And the male gaze is not the problem per se. The problem is that a lot of men and women consider female outsides to be terribly important and constantly up for assessment in a way that is not the case for men. It is dehumanizing while being all too human.

I understand human nature, but I still want more for girls and women. When females are reduced to their bodies, it is easier to violate them because they are seen as objects that are less human and less deserving of rights and respect. Look around this country and this world at the treatment of women by men. (#notallmen…must be sure to slip that in there). If female bodies were not so commodified, how might that change the world?
