Yep. I do the same. I used to find that some guys would keep messaging or some would get on the defensive and start being rude. So I politely say thanks but no Thanks, wish them well and then block them.

You would get one reply from me. I would simply thank you for your reply. Obviously im aware of the volume of messages you get so i couldnt just leave it without thanking you. Im aware it would get me nowhere but its just the way i am.

I don't tend to block people who are polite but if they get too persistent and pushy I do.

I had a guy send me the same copy and paste message 4 times in 2 days earlier in the week. I sent him a message advising they never work and it might help if he kept track of who he has already sent it too. Then I blocked him so he didn't waste any more of my (or his) time.

hahaha I get the same. I don't know why they do this. Maybe they're sadist so like to be rejected constantly. Or I get " I know you said I'm not your type but I would've sucked you dry or do anything you want to me" or "if you change your mind i'll put you on my friends list" lol if you don't find someone attractive once why would you find them attractive a few weeks later? it's all very odd psychology.

I've given up sending a polite 'no thank you' reply - as I say on my profile, this is usually seen as an opener to a conversation.

I just delete the message and block if I get another. Sounds harsh and rude, but who has time to engage in endless messages?

I mainly use the block button if they get abusive. I ignore the ones who message back after I've said no thank you. In my eyes, I've already replied and told them politely that I'm not interested.

I just look at their profile to see if we've mailed before. If we have then I know it was a no thanks. I select my generic "no thank you" copy & paste reply and everyone is happy. Zero angst.
