Reality - two turn up. One idiot says he's left his condoms in the car and of course we never see him again. The other decided he can't do it and slinks off.

I'd say the arranger..might not have vetted the people properly...in most cases I can pull a pool of guys..mostly ones I've met before and of course theyve had experience being around other guys, whether straight or bi.

I arranged one a couple yrs ago. 2 girls 11 men. Took weeks and weeks to arrange. Socials and making sure these were guys that had done similar before. It is possible but takes time and good judgment ( not saying you have non of these )

Took us 3 months to arrange a MMMF. Lots of guys dropped out before the event, deleted their profiles or just stopped responding to us.

We now only stick to meeting those with recent meet verifications and with experience in what type of meet we are seeking to have. Saves a lot of hassle.

Yes, lots of men are just fantasists, however by observing these three simple rules you can generally get a successful GB

1. Exclude obvious idiots. Illiterate messages, over vulgar profiles, guys who communicate in. Porn speak etc

2. Observe the 25% rule. Only one in four guys will turn up. So if you want ten guys invite forty.

3. Prove a willing woman actually exists. Lots of guys will think the organiser is a male fantasist and/or its a scam and they will be robbed. Get the woman to appear in a cam room at a set time or be willing to do a phone check with guys. If guys know for certain there is a real woman they are much more likely to turn up.

Always a fan of sweeping generalisations. It's what makes the world go round after all.

Like with anything it takes time and patience for it to be successful. Apart from the limited amount of information given, I have no idea if you looked at their verifications or how long you'd been talking to these men for.

if there was some type of star rating for people on the site like Amazon has it would give additional info the verifications don't.

Maybe you're right, in which case, I'm wrong. But I have arranged and partaken of many GBs, and there's always one or two runners. It's more likely that they were expecting to be part of a large group and backed out when they realised they were going to have to do all the work.
