I've been on and off the swinging scene a few years now whilst I was married and while I'm single. The only thing I haven't done is go to a club

1 I'm a shy guy at first

2 I've gained a few pounds over the last couple of years.

3 I'm not one for starting a conversation with people and able to keep it going in the type of guy that has a lot of silences in between.

Any advice you'd like to give me.

Yep

I am overweight as well, I would say go to clubs that allow you to stay dressed, choose clothes that you fee comfy in

I like overweight more than skinny myself, not that there's anything wrong with being skinny. XXX

Hey you can only work with what you have but clubs might be difficult if you struggle to chat

Well without wanting to sound sarcastic or harsh.

From our experiences of single guy's at club's you will fit in perfectly, most are pretty clueless when it comes to conversation.

Do what they do, stand and stare and follow people from room to room.

Alternatively play it cool.

Walk up, say hello my name is (insert name) I'm am new to the club scene, do you mind if I sit down and talk with you?

If yes straight away tell them you are really nervous and quite shy.

Hopefully if they are the right people for you they will be fine and talk to you as well.

If not well nothing ventured nothing gained.

For the love of God don't be one of the mindless sheep who follow the other's following a female or couple.

Any conversation is better than no conversation at all.

As long as you dress nice, clean and tidy, smell good, polite and respectful you should be fine.

Good luck, don't worry about your weight it's all about confidence.
