Sounding

Had a meet the other day and kink was high on the menu...However I was asked if I would consider 'sounding'. After listening to what it involved I declined politely as I felt it could be rather risky! Any others done this before?

I am no stranger to kink and sometimes participating in what some people would see as extreme kink but I would need to have a steadier hand for this one!

It's supposed to massage the prostate in a really heightened sensation. Not my kink but hey ho. X

A doc would find it easier...A bit like putting a catheter into a cock shall we say!

I have had a little dabble with sounds.

Although it looks painful it really isn't,

There are different sizes and you obviously start with the smallest, I usually oil the sound and the tip of my cock.

Once inserted it just slides in which was a bit strange as I thought there would be resistance.

As it goes in you can feel it from the outside of your cock going down, they are about 10" long and they slide right down the shaft and into the balls.

No pain at all, there can be a bit of a stinging sensation but that's it.

Nothing to be scared of really, and if you like trying things slightly out of the norm then give them a go.

Apparently you can use them on women as well but not had the pleasure as yet.

Hope this helps.

It can be a lot of fun if they are too thin, it can scratch a little. But otherwise.... done right... it feels like being wanked from the inside

Maybe trying it with someone who is experienced or medically trained is a good idea at first!! Intrigued though!

Sounding can be amazing. Probably best to get him to insert it himself first so you can see the angle required etc. It only really works well with an erect cock but I guess engaging in kink with a hot woman's hand on it, that shouldn't be a problem haha.

Most importantly though, make sure the sounds you use are sterilised as an infection all the way down there isn't something you want.

Surely your prostate is more easily accessed via your bottom?

"but why is it called sounding?"

Probably a better term than "cock stuffing"

I have experimented with sounding and made sure I was researched beforehand so I could make some informed decisions. The inside of the urethra is full of nerves, soft skinned and relatively prone to infections. This means that some precautions are recommended. The first of these is that ypu really are best using proper sounds and try and avoid those with plated surfaces as there can be issues with the plating starting to peal leaving rough edges. The second issue is avoiding infections and whilst in most play situations you can't manage medical sterilised conditions you are probably sensible if you take some care in cleaning everything. Personally I have opted for washing everything in anti-bacterial soap and then wiping over with iso-propanol wipes. I also use single use packets of sterile lube for sounding for this reason.

When using metal sounds its usually best to insert the tip and then let the weight of the sound slowly lower the instrument in. With silicone sounds this won't work and you just have to take the insertion slowly and pay attention to how things feel and be ready to stop and ease things back off if it feels uncomfortable.

Now having dealt with the precautions and process I will say that if you can put up with the hassle of the prep it can feel fantastic. With my straight, ribbed sound it can feel like being wanked inside my cock when it is gradually sliding in and out. I also have Van Buren sounds, which are J shaped and the curved section makes them harder to insert as you really need to remain soft whilst doing so but then directly stimulate the front of the prostate. Finally the most intense type of sounding is when it is coupled with E-stim, I tend to do this with a silicone sound with an insulated side and conductive rubber tip. This, when coupled with an anal electrode allows very targeted stimulation of the prostate which can be amazing and is one of the ways I trigger multiple prostate orgasms.

You can use anal probes as well as sounds to simultaneously stimutate the prostrate which is supposed to give multiple orgasms and much more intense then just anal prostrate massage.

Probing your prostate always heightens every sexual activity

My guess is that it's called "sounding" because it shows how deep you can go. Before sonar, ships used to check the water was deep enough by throwing a weight over the side attached to a rope - that process was also called "sounding". But that's only a guess.

Just got an 8mm ribbed sound and the feeling is awesome. Never thought it would go in but soon took at least 8" inside. Just looking for someone to share the experience with now
