If it's got out of hand, and you are unhappy, then you need to sit down and talk with your wife.

Your feelings are important, and probably every swinging couple makes mistakes. It sounds like you are OK with her seeing other people, just not as frequently as she currently is. If you can calmly talk about this with her, and help her understand how you feel about things there might be a way forward.

Equally you should listen to your wife's feelings. Find out what she is getting out of this, why she's going off with other guys as frequently as she is, why she's not having sex with you

But in the end...there are two people who can solve this...yourself and your wife.

Sit down and talk to her. First things first ask her if she is developing feelings for somebody else. Be prepared for the worst but try not to make an argument of it. Letting her know you are aware there's been a change somewhere may be enough for her to realise things are going a bit too far.

Don't make any drastic proclamations like that you demand she stop seeing other people for good, because if you loved the idea of it before you'll love it again, but tell her the truth.

From the sounds of your original post the truth is that you are feeling neglected emotionally and sexually.

Relationships require nurturing and effort from both sides.
