i find the different accents from say manchester to liverpool funny and they are not far apart in all honesty

I lived in South Africa for a number of years and remember going to see month Python the holy grail at the cinema. 10% of the audience were belly laughing, crying and rolling about in their seats. They were the Brits. The rest of the audience were sat stone faced wondering why people were laughing. They were the Afrikaners.
