Bad response to being told no

Why do so many guys get abusive after a lady has told them that they don't want to play? There is a huge bias in numbers of men to women, and by acting like petulant, spoilt children in need of a slap, all you are doing is making it harder for decent genuine guys to be given a chance. Whatever happened to behaving with decency to others? Whenever I have received a polite no thank you, and even when it wasn't as polite, I've always said, ok, thanks, good luck finding what you're after. It's simple, treat people nicely, and you will reap the rewards.

I ask myself this every day. Lol.

I reply to every message I receive, and when they come back being rude, it really puts me off wanting to meet the genuinely nice men. I just get weary, and wary.

S'why I turn off messages altogether most of the time.

It's frustration and entitlement that makes them do it. It doesn't make it more difficult for the genuine guys, it makes it easier. The people who want to meet single men still want to meet them and the goods ones are thrown into sharp relief by the bad.

True, I know a few singles guys who seem to get absolutely tons of attention, and they have a great reputation. For every ten assholes, there's a diamond fella out there with tons of meets and veri's having a great time.

Guys should remember when handling rejection that for every time they act like an entitled asshole, word will travel privately, and people will avoid them. They are essentially giving the decent guys all they need to do very well on here.

no point worrying about them, just keep yourself to yourself follow your own advice and you wont go far wrong

Anyone who puts their profile online risks .Any things - rejection being one of them. This is the same for a conventional dating site. If you are sensitive and easily hurt then don't join fab. I am never knowingly rude to guys but I have had snide remarks if I have to say no.a sense of humour is vital on here!

I normally message back with thanks for taking the time to reply ..... Have fun .... Thats all it takes .... And have actually had friends request for the messaging that continued after . So as my learned friend above says to the single men that send abuse to the women or couples in here . Grow up . Man up and and stop beings idiots

I never understand this either. If somebody replies with a thanks but no thanks, I reply thanks for the reply and then delete and block so I can't message them again. If my message is deleted I just block for the same reason. No point in dwelling on it. I don't get upset by rejection now. I only get pissed off by time wasters.

It boggles the mind, how they think in this world of so many beings there going to be liked by everyone! Face to face in a crowded room I understand being afraid of that type of rejection but your having a private coveration online, that's not even an excuse, you were brought up by women, you know better so do better........
