I'm a personal trainer, and sex is a great way of getting clients in to shap , you burn on average over 500 calories in sexual intercourse so come on let's get in to shape for that summer holiday xx

Personal Trainer, run coach, triathlon coach, cycle coach...now thats the boasting over...I never have mixed business with pleasure despite the physicality of what I do. Ethically a minefield & in some circumstances could cost me a job I guess, but that doesn't mean that I haven't lusted, considered, flirted outrageously, had occasions where inadvertent touching (non intimate) has occurred. That said if payment in kind was negotiated & agreed upfront then most of the ethical dimension diminishes or disappears...sort of. See dilemma...

Don't do it. Even if the initial request comes from the lady, it's a minefield that could cost you your job and more importantly, Your reputation..which ultimately could put you in an unemployable position.

Keep play and work very seperate

Yes a couple of years ago I used to have a PT 3 times a week the sexual tension eventually got too much. There was only ever me and him in the studio doing resistance work and HIIT.

Didn't regret it one bit, was hot sweaty and much needed

How much depends on what you want, if you want a training buddy who counts reps & writes a basic programme ask at reception . If you want nutritional advice, food guidance, bespoke program, clear goals etc expect to pay more.

I think its not just about being active thats easy.. but if you want to work on specific parts of the body and build up stamina and core strength then at least to start a PT would be a good idea.. for me at least. Im far from lazy btw

If you are a personal trainer you shouldn't really mix with clients. Too many sleep with all their clients and give a bad rep on personal trainers as a whole

Writing this while leaving the gym now.

I had a PT in my old gym. It was a free session.

After that I thought sod this, I can do it all myself. It is hard work but worth it in the long run.

But I agree it's better to keep business separate from pleasure.

Must be a hard life a PT with clients wanting to get sweaty after the training is over.
