Back in the 80s many ladies who worked in Supermarkets used to flash, There was one young lady in Sainsburys at Bexleyheath where Robert Dyers is now, used to bend over when filling the freezer section flashing her stockings etc. Changes to corporate clothing have killed it but there was a time when supermarket staff wore dresses or skirts.

I have been flashed a few times by a women crouching down to the bottom shelf in my line of site so nobody else could see

Agree. It still goes on now, as it happened, it didn't cause me any harm, in fact I've dined out on some if the stories for years.

We are big fans of flashing but just cannot get our head around doing it in supermarkets!

There are much better and much sexier places. Bars and nightclubs immediately spring to mind

At least in a nightclub there is a general acceptance of "extreme" clothing and exhibitionistic behaviour.
