Hi all

Do you like spreader bars? Have you used spreader bars?

How do you use them, i.e in what positions?

I've never used them. Curious about using them.

You can use them in loads of ways. Standing, sitting, laying. On your ankles or your wrists or both.

Yes sometimes but it's quite limiting and can be a bit uncomfortable on your back.

I've used one, but it didn't have restraints on it. It had D shaped stirrups on the ends to put your feet in & short strap with a handle on running from the centre to hold on to

Love them, I bought one and made 2. The two I made have eyelets towards the centre so you can tie to them for posture control.

These are an absolute favourite. 2 spreader bars, one for the feet on the ground, one for the wrists on a hoist. Fucking machine set to vertical, lube it up, switch it on and let it work its magic...

You can get spreader bars with different attachments, a friend has one with an adjustable length dildo pole on it (Imagine an upside down T shape) so you can spread the persons legs, raise the dildo to impale them and they won't be doing anywhere lol
