Are we talking any time? If so you can take a running jump if you think women should wear heels all the time for your pleasure. I walk miles every day and I'm not doing that in unsuitable footwear. That said I'm just as likely to be in flip flops or flats as trainers. For meets whether I wear heels depends.

During the day I'll wear trainers with midi dresses for a casual practical and comfortable thing.

Evening though always heels with skirts and dresses.

East Lancashire

Comfort first for the ladies, heels for dressy occasions or for looking hot in the bedroom.

For myself though, it's always a bedroom occasion

Trainers for the gym. Winter I wear trouser boots with a low heel or knee high low heel boots with a skirt. Summer I wear flat pumps. Heels in the evening.

Sometimes U.K

"I don't like seeing girls wearing trainers with skirts or dresses, anyone else the same or disagree?"

Disagree, unless you mean actual 'trainers' for the gym or running?

Tis good to mix it up. Heels, wedges, flats, boots.

Converse, Doc Martens or flat ballet pumps with dresses every day and evening for me. I have a range of colours so they go with most of my frocks. Heels only very rarely and for very special occasions. The discomfort just isn't worth it apart from one low pair of lace up low heels that look like little Victorian shoeboots I actually like wearing.

Love that!

Also tight jeans on a girl with all stars! Very hot!

Heels are sexy, really sexy, but casual can be!

I only ever wear heels in the bedroom, never for going out. I'm not prepared to pay for the constant re-heeling that's required, so boots and trainers for me at all times.

All depends on the outfit. Cons can look pretty damn good with a lot of ensembles.

Just like DMs can match up well too. So I guess my answer is both can work

disagree .... either is fine if they can carry it off .... lots of ladies wear heels but can't walk in them and that just makes them look uncool shall we say
