It's so hard to find someone to meet when your travelling with work a lot .....

"Either or"

Go to the hotel bar....there's usually people to socialise with...and sometimes more.

when the monkey year to travel with work, on the occasions when I would go with him, we used to do a lot of advanced preparation, having a look to see who was local to where we'd be, send out messages well prior to our trip, put up a meet request a week or so before...it used to really pay off...

not saying this is what you do OP but the last minute winks, unsolicited friend requests or messages late in the evenings asking for a meet from mostly single men in Lincoln hotels on business when they've exhausted the list of local single women or worse, guys in trucks parked in a nearby lay by, are very unlikely to get a positive response...

do your groundwork first though and it could really reap rewards...

I think in some cases the groundwork has been done first.

It's just that some women don't particularly like meeting men in hotels who just happen to be in the area due to work. I say this because there are a few forum posts on that issue.

What you suggested above may work well for a couple , but it's not that simple for single men.

And another dull night!! I think meeting in the bar is different to arranging a meet on here - it's the build up and anticipation that I adore - not the "does she think I'm trying to hit on her" situation...

Anyway fab is for winners! Unless you're in a hotel with work lol

It's difficult, not had much success myself.

Leeds

I've had some good meets when travelling with work in Places like Birmingham, Newcastle even Dumfries. I put a meet up on fab 5 days before and met a great couple from Dumfries in my hotel.

Met them about 6 times over the year, visiting them at there home and even fucking the wife in a shop she owned whilst talking to her hubby.

Unfortunately they are unlos now so can't display the veris, it is hard but it can happen.

Maybe I should start staying in premier inns or travel lodges!! I'm normally in hiltons or Radisson Blu - always Out a meet up but it's usually "not interested in hotel meets" or maybe they are being polite!!

Stoke area

Go to a club in the area. Chance to check them out.

I've travelled for meets before. Not often that it happens but if it does happen it's usually worth it so far in my book!

Last year I remember arranging a birthday meet for myself with a couple down in Reading. Got a nice hotel for myself and they spent the night over with me. Not much sleep for all of us that night! :p

Sometimes when I have my weekend getaways in any part of the UK that catches my fancy I do use the GPS function a lot and look up people around the area. It's extra bonus if a club is in the vicinity, since it makes for a sure-accessible focal point to meet other fellow swingers and see the scene in the city that I happen to be sightseeing in.

I think the thing for me is I'd be happy to meet for a social and dinner perhaps, but I always worry that there's more pressure to "go upstairs" when you're at a hotel.

I don't know why I think that but I do. When in all honesty there's probably less pressure, peeps are happy with the company I guess. Anything else is a bonus.

So do you think it's better to say meet in a bar somewhere see where it leads rather than meet at my hotel??

Great advice on here!
