Agree till last point. What has he done wrong? He sounds like as said a wanna dom. Best educate him...what would reporting actually do? Problem only change his approach and he'd then still try it and could end up badly. Education is always the better approach. Others may disagree.

The people who discuss what they want to do upfront are not the bad ones!

It just emphasises how much a separate bdsm room is required so that questions of a bdsm nature can be answered by those with experience.

I would clarify with him what he meant by 'beat'. Difference between a man beating a woman up with fists, and beating a woman's arse with a flogger (the latter judging by one of your photos you enjoy). So it could be that he meant 'whip' BDSM style and used the word 'beat' to be more edgy. I've had similar fantasy conversations often using the word 'beat' and 'whip' interchangeably.
