The birds singing wake me up, they started at 3:50am. Morning glory has me thinking 'shall I' so I pop up here to enjoy the view and occasional forum story.

Home life hell right now, so ardour dampened, now to try mindfulness breathing and see if I can sleep a bit more before the 5:50am alarm. Night (again).
