The issue isn't that the negative comments on threads like this are negative. The issue (for me, anyway) is that on threads about cock pics the comments seem to be just about the preponderance of them with variations on the 'seen one, seen them all' or 'I didn't ask to be sent them' opinion. On threads referring to female genitalia it's never long before the comments become detrimentally descriptive, as if everyone writing such a kebab/welly/Sarlac pit post is trying to outdo each other in a particularly misogynistic Cards Against Humanity round. I am not ignoring a fact that simply doesn't exist. Yes, I see misandry as well as misogyny on a regular basis on the fab fora, from both sexes. I abhor both. But in this particular case, and as usual when it comes to genitalia, the vitriolic posts and threads I have seen about them are overwhelmingly weighted towards the female rather than male. Your argument may hold weight in more general terms but it doesn't mean it fits this specific example. My accusations of hypocrisy were aimed at those who react to sexism in one direction with sexism in another direction. Tribal bullshit which serves only to make these things worse.

As for the number of threads, my points were not about the number of threads but the number of comments on myriad threads.

Think of the daily anti-cock-pic threads, often containing derogatory comments on penises and their various appearances.

Furthermore making rude comments about a part of a person's anatomy is not by default, sexist. Just because it is not polite, doesn't mean it is sexist. It's maybe not to certain tastes, but not liking something does not make something sexist.
