Come on, why can't you get verified or p### off!!

There's a 99% chance your a single guy with a fake profile and they still try it on.

Yes you may have pics on your profile but they can be old pics of a girlfriend.

Why can't fab give people a week to get photo verified and if they don't delete them.

The pic veri and no meet veri's is barely useful at all.

Picture verification doesn't need to include the face either, further reducing its usefullness.

Meet veris is the only thing that matters. I've just looked on our friends list and 10 don't have pic veris. Some of them are weekly club goers and the others are definitely real.

I appreciate the OPs frustration with fakes and timewasters, and share it, but I don't think pic verification is the solution.

If it's that much of an issue then only chat to those that are photo verified.

Compulsory photo verification will put off a lot of potential women. I wouldn't do it because you're unable to delete the pic and i don't want a pic of me holding up a fabswingers sign circulating the Web if the site ever were to be hacked.

Meet veris trump everything. Circular veris from other fakes are easy to spot. I would say always go for displayed veris and then look at the people who did the veris. Is it a circular group, or hidden profiles. If so, beware.

So a man with a pic veri is a man, but doesn't necessarily look like any of his profile pictures. But there is no way of knowing if he ever turns up to meets etc etc. It is therefore not much use as a guide when selecting a new meet.

Whereas someone who has recent meet verificatuons from other meet verified members is clearly real, matches their profile and has a history of turning up.

We'll stick with meet veris I think.

We're not photoverified. We've never refused to do it, it's just not something that's ever come up. We'd find it a bit of strange request now I think considering we're very well verified, and anybody we meet will probably know someone we know anyway.

This... Been on fab a long time and have never been photo verified and never intend to.

I've met enough people for them to know I'm not fake, and go to socials, clubs and weekends away and festivals

Sending a photo in of yourself and a piece of paper doesn't make you genuine. And it definitely doesn't mean you're more likely to turn up for meets... It simply means you've added a picture of yourself to the internet, clearly holding a piece of paper with fab swingers written on it....

We got pic verified on rhe day we joined when we knew nothing about the site.

I think if we re-started, we wouldn't bother with a pic veri. A club veri from the bar staff is so quick, easy and fun to get plus a veri from other people there, just chatting in the club, we'd go that way.

So on those stats, we've (I have (remembering im actually a single male)) easily met at least 10 couples who aren't phot verified either, which means 9 of them were fake when we (I) met them, and were actually single men, and we (I) didn't even notice.

To be fair, as we're (I'm) not photo verified, that also means we've (I've) duped at least 9 couples ourselves (myself), so we (I) had our (my) revenge!

I've no intention of getting photo verified too as I consider it unnecessary!

I do understand where they're coming from. A lot of people who aren't are fake but duh obviously not everyone is. I've never met anyone who hasn't been photo verified if I remember correctly but if I did come across one and I still wanted to meet them,then I'd just ask to speak on the phone or some other form of verifying there are who they say. It's frustrating but not too difficult to get around. If they decline to prove that then you know someting isn't right and just block and move on
