I would say that everyone is different just as each woman can feel different needs at different times. There is no set "method". If you are attuned to each other and click and communicate or can read each other, then there won't be any issues.

There is no set amount it could be two seconds or two hours, it just depends how the woman is feeling at the time and what the man is doing to stimulate her.

The man should be tuned in to his partner and respond to her feelings.

Time is not really important but he should be able to judge how she responds to the different stimuli he applies and be prepa_ed to act on how she responds.

What may be ideal one day could be boring or tiresome the next.

I personally don't like the word foreplay, it seems to categorise it as a prelude to something. Kissing, oral, teasing, sex, whatever you like to do, should be a mixture at all times.
