We regularly see people being dismissed as pic collectors, presumably after they have asked you to provide pics, and then vanished.

My question is, why would anyone care enough to do that?

We live in a world which is wall to wall with sexy pics. Why would a few more matter to anyone?

I dunno but guessing that 'duping' people into sending private pics is a bit of a thrill for some, and getting access to material not freely available on t'interweb?

I'd suggest a few things significantly add to the thrill which makes it different to porn.

1. The women are real and not pro models.

2. They are local.

3. They could be seen in town.

4. They are girls next door (or so the photo collectors hope).

Think about it. The reason Ben Dover was popular was because he shot normal local women..compared to LA porn, that can be be a huge thrill in terms of perceived 'availability'.

If people stop being stupid in sending private pics then they would go away eventually.

Thanks..I remember in the 90's a video 'Private' did of UK Amateurs and the 1st couple were local.

Even if it wasn't top porn, it was bloody exciting seeing her visit the local Post Office.

I think you're right, plus that you're getting them direct from the source and getting to interact if only in a limited way.
