Age limits - so they change?

I was just wondering if people set their age limits in relation to their own age, or just an arbitrary range, and if the former, whether those limits change as they get older themselves.

For instance, if they set them as 25 to 45 two years ago, would they now be 27 to 47?

BTW, I meant "do they change?"

In relation to our age (upper) and age of our kids (lower).

But not on this party profile, on our personal profile.

"Yep, I move them each year with my age."

Yep, I'm the same.

What prompted the question was the amount of profiles I've seen where the upper limit is 40, 45 (the most annoying, hehe) or 50.

i set mine based on the type of messages i get.

so say i get a lot of rude and entitled men in their 40s message me i will lower my filters to get rid of them. then move them back up at another date. i do have a wide age range i would meet but have never had a wide age range on here due to the messages i get. i like to block as many guys as possible when my filters are off.
