So after a conversation with a single guy who winked at us initially,

It lead to the inevitable "wanna Fuck" message.

We declined as we are only looking to meet single women at the min (stated in our profile clearly).

Subsequently we were accused of having no manners ,and showing no respect !!

Apparently by entering into a conversation your agreeing to meet !!!

Maybe this is exactly why people just read and delete messeges ?

what do people think ?

That's the fault of the guy not the winks system. Some guys think any contact is game on

I think I'd simply block the group of people we didn't wish to meet. Spares us the aggro in the first place.

I don't mind winks but don't agree that entering a conversation means automatic fuck nor should a want to fuck message be sent it's always nice to chat a little see how everyone gets on then see where it leads

I think some men need to realise that it's not 100% necessary for every single person on the earth to want to fuck them or find them attractive and deal with rejection. It happens. It's not the end of the world

We try to reply to everyone who messages us out of courtesy. We rarely reply to winks. This works for us and we rarely have negative issues.

I enjoy receiving winks, I wink a lot in my daily life, find it a friendly n flirty way to strike up a convo

We wink as a sign that we would like to chat only. What happens after that who knows. Anyone assuming that we wanna play straight away are blocked. We want to play with "friends " not strangers. We want to get to know the men, women or couples first

I'm not really taken with the wink system. It seems too ambiguous. If somebody winks at me, I don't think "wahey, my luck's in", but if I respond with a message I wouldn't mind a reply. Even if it's just "I/we liked your pic or think you're cute, but don't want to take it further".
